- Cancellations must be made exclusively by the organizer. Participants do not have the right to request refunds independently.

- In case of cancellation by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund via bank transfer within 30 days of the scheduled activity date.

 

2. Refunds:

- Refund requests can be made up to 15 days before the experience. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the activity for operational or safety reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to participants.

 

3. Clothing:

- Please wear appropriate clothing for the activity to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.

 

4. Minor Participants:

- Minor participants must undertake the activity under the supervision of an adult guardian. The presence of an adult guardian is mandatory for participants under 18 years old.

- The adult guardian is responsible for the well-being and safety of the minor participant throughout the activity.

- Please note that participants under 18 are not allowed to consume alcohol during the activity. Additionally, minors under 14 are not permitted to ride the bicycle.
